Construction at Central College that has forced closure on University is slated to be competed by the end of the week, with cooperating weather.
Pella Public Works Director Denny Buyert says that closure between Broadway and West 3rd street is necessary for storm sewer installation.
This is the first phase of the project which will see expansion of parking in the area.
A second phase planned for later in the summer will focus on aesthetic improvements around the Graham Conference Center.
